GET INVOLVED

Are you interested in marshalled combat? Do you have a skill you want to share with others? Do you love cooking and want to explore historical cookery? Are you an organizational whiz who loves leading or working on projects with others. Or, do you want to learn about Medieval and Rennaisance history in a different way? There are so many ways for members to be involved.

Mission Statement

The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international non-profit volunteer educational organization. The SCA is devoted to the research and re-creation of pre-seventeenth century skills, arts, combat, culture, and employing knowledge of history to enrich the lives of participants through events, demonstrations, and other educational presentations and activities.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

The DEIB Office is committed to promoting the values of inclusion throughout the SCA. The focus is equity, which is just and fair inclusion into an organization in which all can participate, prosper, benefit, and reach their full potential.

For more information on our DEIB policies, visit the SCA DEIB Officer page.
